They came from Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Peru and several regions of Colombia. The speakers were teachers, and a long history, Sebastiao Pinheiro (Brazil), Eugenio Grass (Mexico) and Jairo Restrepo (Colombia.
